TRUE FLOW POOL SOLUTIONS — brand/icons.css
ONE icon weight for every True Flow app.

WHY A SEPARATE FILE rather than a block in components.css.
components.css is linked by PoolBooks ONLY. PoolDock and PoolCrew
link just fonts.css + tokens.css. So a rule placed there would
apply to the one app that was ALREADY correct and miss both apps
that needed changing -- a rule enforced on one surface and absent
on the others, which is not a rule. tokens.css cannot take it
either: it is variables only (a single :root block) and its own
header says it owns VALUES, not shapes. Hence this.

WHY CSS AND NOT EDITING THE ICONS. stroke-width is an SVG
PRESENTATION ATTRIBUTE, and CSS beats presentation attributes. So
one declaration standardizes every icon without touching a single
tag: zero markup churn, instantly reversible, and it cannot miss
an icon that a grep would have skipped. Same reasoning as aliasing
the .btn classes instead of renaming ~2,500 call sites.

WHAT WAS MEASURED (2026-09-12). 191 inline <svg> tags across the
apps; there is no icon library anywhere, every icon is hand-drawn
inline SVG. It was not random drift but TWO house styles:
   PoolBooks + PoolCrew mostly stroke-width 2 (86 tags), PoolDock +
   PoolInspector mostly 1.5 (16), with 1.6 / 2.5 / 3 / 2.2 / 1.8
   outliers. Meesha chose 2 after seeing 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 at 40px.

SCOPE IS DELIBERATE. The selector matches viewBox="0 0 24 24",
which is already universal for icons here; the only three SVGs
with a different viewBox are charts, so they are excluded by
construction rather than by an exception list. The 13 deliberate
   fill="currentColor" glyphs are unaffected -- stroke-width means
   nothing to a filled shape.

NOT LINKED BY POOLINSPECTOR. It is a standalone commercial product
with its own brand ("Slate & Clay"), its own repo and its own
brand/ folder, split out of True Flow deliberately. Giving it a
file from True Flow's brand repo would re-couple what was
uncoupled on purpose. It keeps its own weight.
